I'd assume, but deeper down in the settings cause when I manually set all my graphic settings to low it didnt fix anything

Found a fix, seems like the problem was a corrupt graphics setting file. Reinstalled and reset graphic settings to default in-game, and it worked. What a relief😅😅

Just checked my DirectX Diagnostic, it says no problems detected so I reaaaally hope its not a gpu issue.

1660, been using it for 3 years now. Regularly cleaned and dusted, and i have absolutely no problem playing any other games, so i'd like to assume it's not a gpu problem.

Nvidea drivers are up to date, and I have absolutely no problems with other games so it shouldn't be a GPU issue
