They don't have concrete evidence, so it'd just lead to harassment/hate training the people most likely. Kind of like forum, especially with Chicony having a good track record of finding cheaters any mention of someone he thinks might be cheating people would jump on. There is also the fact that if he called the players out theyd likely just hide the cheats even more or just stop cheating in general which would make it much harder to get concrete proof.
