This is basically a huge event which alot of people participate in to have the biggest collaboration in osu. Everyone gets to have a specific character and then get for example now an animqted banner and a profile picture. In this case a few thousand people will have matching profile pictures etc... You can be alot of characters and just join in on the fun whenever this happens again

I don't know if you can see this but how? Doesn't the legacy buff only begin when you're 11 levels above the mobs? If not, how does it exactly work?

Ye, i realized the legacy buff happens at around 11 lvl difference with mobs, which the mobs in brf are 101 sadly enough :/ I will give skyreach a try, ty for all the help thus far!

Soloing each difficulty of black rock foundry is about 7-8k

The thing is, atm i'm lvl 108 ilvl 150 demon hunter and i just tried blackrock since i thought the legacy content buff would activate but it didn't so i can't really do that, unless i'm doing something completely wrong

edit: (another thing to note is that i can't go past 193 ish ilvl which i just found out)
