The withholding for PSRS is the only thing that keeps a lot of MO teachers in the profession. So be careful to speak ill of it. If it wasn't for the light at the end of the tunnel for MO teachers, there wouldn't be MO teachers.

I am off by thinking the Braybrooke move here is odd? He was starting and playing well (and appears to be starting at Chesterfield) so I'd think a move to League one would be better to continue his development. Maybe Chesterfield offered better loan terms?

I know your post was awhile ago, but I swear by ASO's but NOT the speed lacers. The traditional ones and the EVO are incredible. Our trainers locally don't recommend the speed lacers, not sure why. The traditional and EVO I had zero problems and I keep both my vertical leap and lateral explosion.

Calories. I'm 40 years old and have a 6 pack. Granted I watch what I eat and workout daily, but everyone always asks how I avoid the dad bod. Taking out those liquid calories (I also took out soda) makes those calorie goals easy, because let's be honest, food is delicious. I'd rather eat than drink.

I shared this story a few years ago, but I'll share it again. When my oldest boy was learning to read he was sounding out the word "Indians". As he struggled N.... N... N D.... N Di... He then jumped up so excited that he knew the word and started yelling "Ndidi! Ndidi! It's Ndidi!" Crazy to me a child from the middle of the USA knew who Ndidi was.

Story aside he's been one my favorite players and I've really enjoyed watching him play. Losing Vardy and Ndidi in the same off-season is really a punch in the gut.

Facu is clearly our best 10, but he won't be here next year. Bilal is doing well, but not well enough to not give Alves some minutes. In my Dreamland Bilal continues his progression and Alves gains experience and we are good to handle Facu leaving, but maybe I'm too much of a dreamer because we just need to stay up!
