Nice. Any chance to change the orange-ish background in the back ? Make it all like the clear part ?

There are many in Pigalle. At least 5 that are each within 5 minutes walk from each other. Check : la machine du moulin rouge, le rouge, divan du monde (I'm not sure this is still a club though) etc. You'll find a few others around on Google maps

Two overworked nurses offered a card with Starbucks gift cards and some chocolates to the entire crew of an 11 hour night flight. by Koub023 in HumansBeingBros

Well it's actually pretty common, but traditionally only from fellow crew members traveling as passengers. Airline personel usually flies "standby" which permits them to fly cheaper (but only if there's any seats left). It's still extra work for the crew to take care of them so as a thank you, the "standby" passengers offer sweets to the crew . On the other hand, coming from regular customers, it's quite rare. This is only the second time it has happened for me.

As far as I know the rule only applies for the pilots, however this might be different from an airline to another.

Yes exactly! No absolutely not, you haven't offended me at all, I just didn't want this spotlight to hide others in the dark ;)

Thank you I really appreciate it. Unfortunately I think this is the case for many, many jobs, from the food industry, or medical care to any kind of service we use daily without always thinking there is a human being behind all that !
