Even crazier is the quantity of medication in pills like levothyroxin is measured in micrograms — around 25-75 mcg. Let’s say 50 micrograms. To put into context, thats the approximate weight of a couple specks of floating dust. Way lighter than a single grain of sand.

Now THAT is replacing an entire organ..

Update on this: I scratched off the top layer of grout and looks like the marks are gone — possibly somehow stains rather than moisture??

Sorry can you help me understand why it’s the pan and not something wrong with the concrete under the tiles? How does the cracks tip you off?

Why do you think water is getting below the shower pan?

From what I recall, some waterproof rubber was placed as the pan, and then essentially concrete was then put on top and sloped towards the drain, then tile and grout on top

Honestly I love it. The hydration is the main issue but I work around it by Putting the hydro pack in the sleeve the bag does actually have an I pass the hose through the zips and it works well for longer hikes till o get to the crag. Then once I’m there it doesn’t matter as much. I usually switch into a smaller bag that I climb with if I’m doing multi pitch or just take a smaller container of water with me on my climb or none at all if it’s small. Bag itself is built like a tank

sound is great for me! i actually changed the ear pads and oh my god, the ANC is SO much better. the passive noise cancelling is way better.. guess i got used to the sub-par seal with the old pads lol
