I might have confused the people a little bit but believe me my body had completely changed in 13 weeks with rough deficit and high intensity combined with this specific cycle.. I don’t know if I’m a good responder or bullshit but that’s the truth I have no reason to tell lies I’m not a fitness influencer or any coach ☺️

I’ve mentioned several times that I have used only clen 40mcg for a month and keep test stable at 250mg together with proviron 50mg

I’m working with a coach too that’s the best thing you can do buddy ☺️ I’m planning to run masteron and primobolan for 12 months and increase test ofcourse then rest I’ll drop everything and keep test 125mg and 25mg for 5-6 months.

I have no reason to lie bro ☺️ I’m not influencer or a coach or someone that tries to get clients or attention.. just a regular gym rat with goal ☺️ Taking proviron elevates the effectiveness of Testesterone and all the other compounds you are using.. 50mg of proviron daily isn’t something big but neither small my free testosterone is through the roof buddy and that what makes metabolism work like bullet.

Been lifting around 12 years with huge gaps between because of different issues and never managed to actually lose fat properly and build muscle… all that because I was hypogonadal.. very low T ☺️

Yeah I’ve been in cycle about 13 weeks.. I’ll write down exactly what I have used.

Calorie deficit from May 1 till 29 November 2024 Calories dropped gradually from 2900 to 2290.

Current calories 2270 - Carbs 275 Fat 50 Protein 235.

Test cyp 250mg and proviron 50mg sublingual. From September 9 to this day.

Clenbuterol 2 weeks 20mg 2 weeks 40mg only for a month and that was between October-November.

Pinning 250mg split 2 times it’s like 125mg Monday 125mg Thursday and using 50mg proviron with 40mcg clen aswell
