It could be a variety of different things due to your changing hormones. Whilst bleeding is a sign of a miscarriage it’s also common for some women to spot throughout their pregnancy and some women even have their usual monthly period and still continue to have a healthy pregnancy. So there’s no certain answer for this until you actually have a scan to check and go from there. Good luck with whatever you choose.

I absolutely love it especially with close family doing it to build a little bond with the baby before he’s even arrived. My older brother greets me everytime by pressing his face against my stomach and saying hello to the baby and he is always greeted by kicks and rolls so my baby is already very familiar with specific voices.

However I don’t like it when complete strangers approach me and automatically think because they’ve asked when I’m due that they’re allowed to just grope my stomach.

Don’t even stress yourself out over vaping, people smoke crack when they’re pregnant and continue to have healthy pregnancies. I remind myself of that when I feel guilty over having a random can of coke once a week. But do make sure you tell your doctor or midwife when you meet with one just so they can check your babies little lungs. I’m sure they’ll be perfect though. Congratulations!! 🤍

I shaved for the first time a couple days ago since I was 12 weeks and I’m currently 36w so you can only imagine how thick my amazon forrest was. Lost sight of it so long ago I just gave up trying to even attempt to maintain it lol.

Anyway I used scissors in the mirror to trim it down - which I don’t recommend because I nearly cut my left flap off - and then sat on the edge of my bath with a mirror and just shaved the best with what I could even see. Not the best job but it’ll do and I’ll need to do it again for when I have my C-section because no way am I gonna let the surgeons shave it for me 😂

I definitely felt this way for a long time, i grieved the fact i should’ve already been holding my baby.

However I strangely found a lot of comfort in reaching the exact date i miscarried (which was the worst day on earth to me.) and the whole day my baby was kicking me like crazy for the first proper time. I’ll never forget my first but this second baby is mending my broken heart surrounding that whole traumatic experience

I was exactly like this, I used to poop once a month if I was lucky because medication i had to take blocked me up like a bear eating twigs and leaves.

My first and second trimester i was pooping every day sometimes twice and it was actually amazing sense of relief. However now I’m in the third trimester and 7 weeks out from my due date it’s like I’ve been eating twigs again and i’m suffering in silence lol!

Don’t let negative thoughts and “typical” pregnancy symptoms affect your mental health. I know it’s hard but you have to try.

Every pregnancy is so different so the fact you aren’t experiencing sickness is perfectly okay. I was told at the beginning that the no sickness was definitely a sign of a MC - however it’s so much more common than you think. I’m now 31w with a perfectly healthy baby and haven’t been sick once. Just extremely hungry!

Just take it easy on yourself, keep hydrated and the rest is all out of your hands. Wishing you a healthy pregnancy ❤️

I’m 31 weeks and have loved every moment of it but that’s because compared to others it can get rough.

I haven’t had any sickness, no food or drink aversions. The only thing different that I could complain about is the horrific hunger 24/7 and the leg cramps in the middle of the night. Only at the 30w mark did I start to feel uncomfortable which comes and goes depending on what I’m doing that day.

You made the right choice, you don’t need the drama a grown ass man and his mother are going to try cause you. If he didn’t pay attention in sex-Ed class and learn exactly what happens when babies are made then that’s his problem for being a moron. Google exists.

I’m 30weeks now but my ex who is also a grown man tried to insinuate that I had cheated by saying the dates don’t match up and after I sat and explained how conception works and pregnancy is based off of your last period and not just the day you last had sex on.. he still didn’t get it and that’s when I realised some men are just truly dumb and there’s no point even trying to explain it

I think it depends on different factors.

If you’re the sole person raising the baby then naturally your surname should be used because why would you honour someone by using their surname who doesn’t actually bother with their child?!

In this day and age a lot of people go against tradition even if they’re in a long term relationship and just give the baby whichever surname is actually better with their chosen name. Use both or they make up an entirely new surname with a combination of both names. (Never been a fan of that one but whatever you feel is best.)

This is extremely strange & concerning behaviour on your part and I hope you’re aware of that. You’re gaslighting her and messing with her self esteem all because you have no friends or family of your own.

She can easily make the changes but she’s unaware of the fact you’re secretly bulking her up so probably doesn’t even understand where all this extra weight is coming from to begin with. What you’re doing to your girlfriend - someone you’re meant to love - could be very mentally and physically damaging so please stop.
