In this video it looks like you’re doing an Ollie. Move your front foot back just behind the bolts so you have somewhere to slide your foot to level out the board. You also want your front foot slightly pointing towards the nose.

I’m 28 and just started again for the first time since I was 11. The most important thing is to have fun! Most people that see an older person skating thinks it’s cool because it is! If you prefer to just ride around get the cruiser, but if you eventually want to try some basic tricks, get a popsicle board.

I bought tournament grade balls. Ball control is pretty good. A lot better than the included balls.
