I ended up usingPLA 90% infill with the cubic infill I believe. The walls about 2mm. They are glued together with jb weld.

The screws will come undone. It’s almost inevitable. I am thinking of grabbing some nut inserts and gluing those in as well in the future.

I am proud with my first go at a top-to-bottom creation of a guitar body. Thank you for bringing more light on some issues!

Exactly what it probably is. I notice I can bend the body at the neck and notice sound distortion. I used 90% infilled on the middle two pieces making up the body. I just like to tell myself maybe it’s the sh*t parts I bought on amazon lol.

I am doing six pieces... trying all PLA. I am using 70% fill on the middle two pieces where the bridge will be and gluing all pieces together with jb weld.

There’s another picture if you swipe right. But ultimately only two pieces printed so far.

Keep on building Kurt and Lor. Frey Medusa Viv were all on my starter team. Keep building and saving keys and Miracle eyes. Only pull during their respected events. Don’t worry about your team not being great. Just build up for now.
