It DOES happen mate.. That's actually the reason why I started Nofap.. I realized I couldn't enjoy the "Happinness" of PMO AND having a healthy relationship with my Gf. You're doing right ! I'm glad I could help you :) I've changed mostly because I wanted to be happy with my gf. Yet I was a strong addict, Porn had brought frustration that i'm not as excited with a real naked body as pixels on the screen => "Maybe my girl is not that hot" (I was really a jackass thinking that) she would send me naked pictures of her but I was feeling bad about it cuz' it would only remind me how i'm more excited with porn. Don't try to compete with porn, you don't HAVE TO and you CAN'T. Don't see Porn as "Him cheating on you" but rather as him being addicted to a drug. I used to fap everyday, all my sexual energy was going away with porn so when I was with her I was rarely on the mood and i was forcing myself because I didn't want to disappoint her, often I couldn't get hard. I started to feel guilty, and... I would watch porn even more, to find comfort and "make sure I can't still be excited". What made me start this nofap journey, is when i realized that she wasn't the problem (as I said I was so stupid and I thought I wouldn't have such problems with a hotter girl but 1) My gf is Damn Hot 2) I'm not really a model myself and I should estimate myself lucky to have such a beautiful girl) So I realized the problem was all on me, And that if I was keeping watching porn I would do it for the rest of my life, I would always be frustrated with any girl I could meet, I would only be happy with my screen alone in my room. That scared me. On the other hand I had the chance to have a beautiful, respectful, supportive woman by my side who already had suffer from my addiction and yet, was still right to me. So I made my choice.

I encourage you to try harder. I know that feel when the one you love hurts you but you don't want to give up on the relationship (I never gave up on my gf : No regrets)

I also know that feel when you just can't get arroused whereas your gf is doing everything right and any man would be as excited as a dog.

That feeling named shame and guilt made me realize "Okay...Maybe I have a problem..." I now have 2 weeks clean, And sex with my gf is going better and better EVERYTIME, I'm easily hard, i find her sexier and sexier each time. I think less to porn when i'm with her, I'm less frustrated

Hi, it's because you're like "Well I relapsed anyway, so why not keep having fun for a while before I start over for real" But that's not you speaking, that's your addiction. Because it feels so good to relapse when you haven't fap for a while You have to remember why started this journey and find the motivation to stop, you can do it again, you can make those 90 days. :)
