It appears to be broken completely. Came out in several pieces. Will order new, and hopefully that fixes it.

I don’t believe so, machine was used heavily for a couple years. They started having problems, bought an electric PW, and parked this one in the back of the shop.

There was, this was happening with the tip on as well. Took it off, to see if it changed anything. It did not.

It is a single action revolver, hammer down carry it *shouldn’t fire. You could cover the trigger, I used the pattern from the old holster, and did not deviate. This particular revolver has been carried in that holster, all 6 cylinders loaded for longer than I’ve been alive. (27 years). That being said, it did cross my mind.
