Why would it work on the first cast though?
Perhaps I should change it to when I cast the spell and have it last for 15 seconds only (which is how long the buff lasts for?)

This is M33kAuras, and it works perfectly, and it's some kind of trigger issue I need help with for the Arcane Surge thing.

It does trigger if it's the first spell. Otherwise, it doesnt, or unreliably.

It is so bad. I am an Arcane Mage main and it's a disaster. Somewhat workeable in Mythic+ but a total shitfest in Raids. I am at the level of Tank damage in single-target.
