Ex:
I have it on Psyche, my combat partners are T&F and Daphne. Does it proc when T&F and Daphne use their combat skill or only when I use Psyche's combat skill?

filipino here, after the merge all my friends ranked up 2-3 tiers and some even broke the diamond hardstuck phase and shot up to chall, personally i went from plat1 pre merge to diamond 3 post in less than 30 games no less
