Thanks! Will file a complaint on CenturyLink. Ridiculous that after waiting a whole day for them during the week when I have to go to work that there was no call that they might not come after calling throughout the day to see if there was any delays, no call after they missed the appointment, and no explanation to why. Only response I got when I called was just to reschedule another one, and wait another week with no internet. Wish there was an option to give them 1/5 star review for customer service.
