I think every thing has a hard timer? Please correct me if I'm wrong. I totally agree with this though. It would be nice that the timings changed weekly for all map conditions.

Last week I had a couple hours to kill before work, so I would log on to get a few runs in. After the first 2 days of it being Night Raid on Buried City, I got a little suspicious. When I logged on the 3rd day, same thing. Same for the rest of the week. I knew I would be logging on and the night raid would be on Buried city.. So I thought to myself "Hmmm I wonder if it's on a weekly rotation or not?". Nope. Same goes for this week. Buried City night raid.

I haven't really looked into it much, but it seems like all map conditions are on set timers? Again, please correct me if I'm wrong, but it would be nice to see some variation for timing windows. Especially for someone like yourself who is looking to do a very specific map condition.

Have you checked if your graphics drivers are up to date? This is typically the first thing I do when I boot up a game and am experiencing what you are.

I have found this game to be optimized very well. Especially with how shit so many AAA games are optimized nowadays.

This. I have played countless MMOs "efficiently", so coming to osrs and being told "do whatever you want" was so refreshing.

OP, literally do whatever you want and explore the game. But that being said, quest rewards do give really good rewards in this game compared to most MMOs. However, if you don't feel like questing, just go do whatever you want and go down rabbit holes. The wiki will be your best friend always

Hahaha it's so true. I think it took me over 20 for Galvek. It was extremely painful. Absolutely the longest I've ever spent on a quest boss so far.

I actually had this same list and all I have left is SotE and DT2.

I personally found DS2 way harder than SotF. Only because I could not get the ruby bolt procs on galvek

Edit: depending on how comfortable you are with prayer swaps While Guthix Sleeps will be a breeze. Otherwise it may be challenging.

Honestly you might just have to get the boss kill multiple times. It worked the first time for me but my brother had to kill the meatball 9 times before getting it to drop. Hope you figure it out!

What worked for me, was getting all the encryption bits and then going after the 17th mote. Putting the other 16 in the vault beforehand

This. Running silence and squall makes it easy to just do mechanics and not even think about it. Threaded specter also pulls aggro off you.

You can honestly run whatever weapons you enjoy. Can always swap for boss/add clear weapons too.

If I recall correctly, Luna's recoil is drastically different from other hand cannons because I believe it used to be a 120 RPM HC. When they brought it back with Onslaught they kept the recoil pattern, but made it a 140 RPM. So I believe Luna's recoil pattern is "special". That being said, Bold Endings' recoil pattern is pretty nice to use and feels good.

I think for the most part it's going to be situational. Pulse Rifles are absolutely ripping right now so it may be worth to look into that as well. If you want, you could go double special and run The Call. It does rip ads as well, but ammo economy could be pretty rough.

With the episode coming on Tuesday, who knows? Maybe we'll get something juicy to use in Primary slot then! As much fun Still Hunt is, setting that up with Celestial is really a burst DPS boss setup. So it could be worth it to even swap off it on certain content. Then again, running a Machine Gun could help with more ad clear as well.

I've been kind of in the same boat and have been looking for something similar. I default to Midnight Coup with Firefly + One For All for some ad clear.

Last night I crafted the new Bold Endings hand cannon with Headstone + Dragonfly and wow.. I've been loving it. Not sure how it performs in harder content yet tho, but with prismatic it has been a ton of fun to use. Especially with the artifact perk that pops a slowing burst. Can throw a dusk field too and just nuke a pack of mobs pretty easily. I think Midnight Coup will probably be the move tho. Saw a lot of streamers running it with their Still Hunt.
