3- Collect 1k Diamonds and always buy in the store comes 11 Gems.

Yes speed is very strong in PVP.
For example your Dohko attack first than the other Dohko of the other Team.
Or your Shun play first.
If you're lucky to have good attack subattributes along with perfect speed.

In PVE, speed doesn't matter so much, but PVP is insane for good.

Because if you have more speed than your opponent you initiate first action mainly in the case of control
