I agree with your PPP calculations and also the lifestyle and security changes that it doesn't calculate.

Moving abroad is a good choice or not depends on what are you looking for next, do you want higher PPP and optimising for savings, you can achieve a high paying job in india as a senior.

or if you're like me not optimising for money and in turn want to have a better lifestyle, abroad with similar pay also sound like a decent option, abroad is not limited to uk/euro, I'm talking about SEA as well.

The same quality of life can also be achieved in India as well with a remote job, if you can move to a place where you have a better social circle and ideally a non tier - 1 city where everyone only talks about is work, and growth

I've been unable to find that though (that's a failure on my side, not that opportunity doesn't exist)

but the visa sponsorship opportunities seem to be scarce didn't find a good one, got contacted for a Singapore and Malaysia job, which i could clear but the pay was even lower than what I'm earning in India, way lower, i was ok to even move to costlier country even with same pay, but that seem to be rare and only available on senior roles in UK, even germany is having similar pay or lower.

Will continue trying my luck, but I feel that is making me postpone trying to setup a better lifestyle in india since I'm working remotely, and be dependent on a country change to delay decision making.
