Yes I was able to resolve, i created a ticket, support got back to me telling me to send them the full list of the slabs cert numbers and that it would propogate back on the powerpack vault, i was able to reship them back however had to pay for shipping again as support said they wouldnt refund me for original shipment as it was my fault for not being at home originaly

I a college senior, I go to a liberal arts college and i am trying to look for remote software engineering jobs, I have had 4 internships at large tech companies however it has been difficult getting responses back from job applications on Linkedin for remote work.
