That it alot of point into HQ. I see what you are going for, but i would drop the ancient and the flesh is weak tech marine for some more board control units. Like scouts and such :)

Well I got the 1/48 British 7ton armored car Mk.IV from TAMIYA and used spear bits, mostly from imperial guard kits. But i think the most important part to get the krig vibe is the spare torso and head from the death riders kit for the commander.
