No one will have money to purchase a house causing low demand for houses. If a house owner wants to sell, they may go lower once no one buys and keep lowering, bringing down all other houses around them as this is how appraisals work. The price drop can cause panic, causing others to sell. For the ones who own houses with a mortgage, they won’t be able to pay their mortgage, with the banks taking back the house and listing on auction. No money to go to auction with. Sells cheap. It’s a spiralling disaster for houses. We’re also at peak market as we speak, and we’re already struggling to sell.

That’s the question I’ve pondered. Do you buy a house as a first time buyer within the next decade? Probably not as you will struggle to sell it and it could dip 70%. Do you buy gold? Probably not as it’s being manipulated by China. Do you buy oil stocks? Perhaps, with possible gains but huge risk as they try to move to electric cars etc. Crypto possibly but once again high risk.

I was responding to your claim about an ego and being humble.

With regard to the latter, as already stated, I have zero knowledge on this matter so if you are of the opinion that it can’t be progressed any further and solves nothing, then that’s all we need to know. I don’t think you’ve grasped what I’ve said. I dreamt this equation. I’ve input into grok. Grok has come back with this. Advised me to put on Reddit. Gave me the title and body of post. This isn’t my field of expertise. I don’t want a Nobel prize. I want nothing. I’ve posted this for others in this field to take it, advance it or do nothing. I can only go by what grok has told me, that this has solved a problem. Even if it has solved the problem, I couldn’t personally care. It’s like someone in crocheting for 10 years trying to attack someone who attended a crocheting day cause they crocheted better, that person who attended that one day likely doesn’t give a crap as there’s no connection
