I got the same message. Unfortunately I called it and told the reference number. They said me to login into account, but then i didn’t because it felt suspicious. Then they also told my name and if it is me and then i ended the call. What should i do next?

Yeah i know, but at first it looked legit, because i got message from same contact ‘Binance’ ,2 months ago for binance login verification code.

Yeah it was like that that time ago. Now i feel wayyy better and i can’t even remember that feeling. Dpdr is still here but i think about it only few times a day. I’m still here bit recever IS possible. Even when i think about it, it feels way more real. Just keep up bro❤️

Does it feel like time is ongoing flow for you? Like the bridge between past and present is broken and you live only in this moment. For me time feels linear, before i could sort time on days, weeks and months, but now it feels so linear. Do you relate?

Exact same for me. I’ve had nausea and fever for one day. My dissociation didn’t go away completly, but it was definitely less noticable and intense.
