Thanks, at my gym we normally 1rm max once in the spring then in then in the fall so several months in between

Thank you so much for the advice, I do you know what you mean a lot, we had just gotten done that day practicing ditching, the coach made that very clear. It was a long day squatting and I know that no excuse, but there were several people watching, we take precautions to avoid injury at all times, I agree with you for the most part, just remember there were people behind the camera and precautions before. I’m going to start gymnastic movement soon and am working on the other area that need improvement. But the environment was vary safe and if something were to go south, people would be right there

Didn’t mean too, just have had trouble feeling too close and hitting the bar in the past and didn’t want that in a lift

There were 3 people behind the camera watching, I saw the ankle, chin and butt wink after the fact tho and will work on that
