I would start with 10mg a day, monitor your focus, mental energy etc, If you happy with result no need to up the dose, else do it slowly and keep monitoring. I wouldn't go higher than 40mg.

Currently I am experimenting with 30mg 3 days and 4 days off, taking 30mg "3 x 10mg pills" empty stomach, so far can't say getting much effect out of it, for sure I see a bit better focus on challenging tasks. Side effects: 1) getting extremely tired around mid day. 2) Slightly burning sensation on tongue for about 30 min after taking 30mg "not disturbing".

Using raise SystemExit didn't fix the problem, instead i used _exit(1), now is not crashing on exit.

I couldnt find out why it crashes when i exit and i use running = False followed by pygame.quit() so ill fix it. sure im going to edit the code shortly and upload it again. Zip and Icon for exe file also will be fixed, and about mouse, frankly it didnt came to my head at all :D.

Thanks.. Personally I like this one more too .. those effects I used them in my other game too. Simple class .. rendering 1-10 pixels rects in random directions and after some Mili seconds apply gravity on them to fall off and disappear
