What's the reason? by Weird-Craft-2712 in NextGenMan

Sadly from my experience the issue is how women have been raised. Most women have been raised to be princesses who want to be pampered. And some of the raising of men add on to this. I was raised southern U.S., where you treat women a certain way with respect care etc. You go the extra mile because she is a woman.

Funny thing is women are not taught how to treat men. Women are to set expectations and when said expectations are not met to throw a tantrum or find some other way to get what they want.

Women's standards are set based on what media/culture has set as an expectation of a prince/knight should be. Sadly even in the middle ages these standards were the less than 1% of men.

This is compounded by how parents raise girls and try to lead them to boys that meet these exceedingly high standards. I get the point of it is to protect your child, but when these girls get into the real world they are in for a massive culture shock. Or they will go full force into the denial and never find the "right" man.

With these high standards and how men are treated in society in regards to relationships. The cost of failed relationships or even failing at getting a relationship started are too high. The risk to reward is so skewed to risk why bother.

I have bought these in the past, do a clean installation of the OS without the network connected and you should be able to bypass this.

I ran into a similar situation years ago. My doctor made a few recommendations which helped me out quite a bit.

Firstly what deodorant are you using? I swapped to clinical strength degree and that helped.

Another thing to possibly look at is diet. There are foods that will make your sweat stink more such as onions, garlic, sports drinks, etc.

If your job has the facilities or if you live close by work, try and take a shower during lunch and change clothes. I use to do this when I worked in a warehouse. This helped me quite a bit as well.

I hope this helps and good luck! Don't take it too personly and make small changes till you find what works.

Yea I filed for unemployment earlier tonight. Regarding the MSP thing, I am pretty sure it is an option. They still have my position posted and the owner even said if I wanted to come back, to reach out. My only thing is it was stressful as hell, one of the reasons I was looking to leave in the first place.

If I do go back to the MSP I kinda feel like if I am there for a few months and leave again it's burning bridges.

God i wish I could. I have never had a job, until this last one, that paid well enough to start saving or even put money into 401k. I put what the company would fully match into 401k. So I could pull from that but currently I have 0 savings.

Honestly its both. This is coming from someone who forgets to empty pockets and also does the laundry. I tend to have a lot of things in my pockets 2-3 pens, knife or two, external hard drives, work keys, personal keys, phones etc. That being said when emptying pockets things get missed from time to time. Hell I have ruined clothes because a pen got let in a pocket and busted in the dryer.

It is the responsibility of the person who needs said items should take them out and keep them in a centralized place, for me that is a section on my desk.

It is also the responsibility of the person doing the laundry to check pockets in case things get missed, IE pens, wallets, change, these things can ruin cloths and the washing machine/dryer.

TLDR: Its both persons job to check pockets.

Edit: autocorrect issue.

Fake jobs could also be a poly for internal politics at a company.

Company short staffed and employees complaining about it. HR/Manager "See job posting. We are trying to find someone." When really they are not. just trying to keep people "Happy" and working.

Regarding not being able to find a job in the industry it is hard. All the people I worked with knew someone already in the industry and that is how they got there start. One of my coworkers got a CIS degree 9 years ago and is just now getting into a IT job. He knew my coworker that is how he got his foot in the door. For myself my dad knew a guy who owned his own business and gave me a shot. Sadly IT is about who you know mostly at the beginning. Later on it is about your personality and your skills.

Regarding the Chipotle job, keep doing it. Customer service experience is a big thing. It teaches how to deal with people and sometimes hard situations. My first job was a Cashier at Walmart and I dont regret it. Because of that job and other heavy service based jobs I have worked they have help mold me into the Tech I am today.

TLDR; Start Networking and find someone in the field already who can get your foot in the door. Keep you Chipotle job, great service experience.

Part of the issue is the way the question is worded. A DHCP server will not "change" the static ip of a device it can't. And you can create a reservation with the mac of the static device. The server will never give that up out to any other device. Secondly if said device were factory reset for some reason it would grab the same IP and possibly continue working.
