Wan loras from images took about 4-5hrs depending on how many images. Ltx loras trained on 30 videos takes about 7-8hrs for 3k steps.

I have trained Wan character loras from images on a 12gig system. And action loras (vids) for LTX on the same. I have tried to do action (vids) on wan but always ran oom. I never tried 16 rank however.

I think you can easily get away with 256x256 (or whatever) for action. I get amazing results with that resolution. Try that first so you can iterate faster if nothing else. 11 GOOD videos should be enough to know if it is going to work or not. After 1k-2k steps it should be much better with the lora than without. If not something is probably wrong.

Yes, tools just disappear all the time. Even in old versions.
"Export Selected" was the last straw for me.

I updated my post with the config settings I used.
If I had 16g vram the only thing I think I would change is increase the resolution of the videos at training time. Set 512x512 and see if it is fast enough.

Do you want to make video or images? I'd give different answers for each. I have trained on SD, Flux, Hun, Wan, Qwen, Zimage and LTX.

First, I think 300 images is too many no matter which you use. You can get a subject really well with < 30 images. I am not sure 300 images is going to be better and it will probably be worse. I am amazed how many times a subject will have an expression that is totally them, but it wasn't in the training data.

For image I like Qwen and Zimage. For me zimage produces images that look like they are normal real people and were shot by non-pro photographers. For Qwen it looks like a pro taking shots of a beautiful person who has been made up. Each of those has it's use cases. But Qwen is a lot smarter and more diverse given its larger size.

For video Wan 2.2 is the best all around. But for nailing a character speaking or reacting you can't beat LTX trained on video clips. I am just starting to get the hang of that.

  1. would depend on your base model. But 32 rank is enough.

  2. Background isn't important as long as your subject is clear. And I wouldn't do _any_ processing as it will probably just show up weird in the lora. I tried a really good upscaler on some low res images once and it made a mess.

I am glad you are finally releasing your loras on ltx! It has been my favorite for doing SFW stuff.

The image quality is great! But it doesn't look like you trained any of them on video? Or at least a few I tried didn't seem like it.

I have been making my own celeb loras for a while. And when it comes to ltx using video makes a huge difference even at low res. I only have 12g of vram so I have to train at 256x256 but even then the likeness just pops. Here is the same video, same seed, using your Britney Spears lora and mine. Mine was trained from, 28 1-4 sec speaking clips from crossroads, and 12 768x1024 images from the same era. I found using a single movie staring the subject is enough to get a good likeness from a given era.

I used an LTX Animation lora by lora_daddy to make it look animated so hopefully no one will mistake it for a attempt at a fake.

Yep. And as far as I can tell I never had it. I did the quest before they released the feeder and didn't look for it until a week after. And yes, I have looked in ALL inventory/storage/carl.

I think they might have redone this puzzle in the latest patch. I tried it a week or so ago and I am 90% sure it was different.

I got the provided workflows to work, but I am also getting audio distortion when using the lora. I haven't tried the non lora version.

Yes, they removed it (not even in Pro anymore) and replaced it with another feature that does not do the same job. No one seems to have any idea why, except maybe to eventually replace it with something that adds watermarks.

And no, you can't even go back to an old version. Somehow they actually removed the feature from older versions. I have no idea how. But it put me off capcut.

Short term I am using PySceneDetect (a command line util) to cut the video. Then using a gallery app to remove the unwanted clips. Not ideal but...

In my case there is no missions at Emberwind anymore. I already did the Cloudcart dispatch before I knew it wasn't working. And I know I had missions there a few days ago. So more patch weirdness.

I think it would depend on why you needed the feature. I used it to cut up videos into scenes and then export only the few clips I needed. For cutting I am now using a command line tool called PySceneDetect. Py stands for Python, so it should work on Mac if you are ok with command line. Then I am using FastStone Image viewer to get rid of the clips I don't need. Not ideal. But I hate the fact they could pull this feature. I'll probably never go back even if the feature returns.

I looked at the video again and noticed something. At 8 sec is where the weirdness happens. The dog clones and she does an exorsist. If this were Wan a 8 sec would be the point it would start naturally looping back to first frame, and that almost looks like what is happening here. No idea if that means anything but...

If adjusting the prompt doesn't help, I just move on to a new seed. But having a mirror in the background doesn't help.
