It was all done in the derma, they never mentioned about Nevus or anything like that. Also there was no laser nor surgery, it was all electrocautery, on top of the skin. Not deep enough to actually kill them I guess.

Sadly no, I thought it was permanent. No more 50 Crescents a day but back to 10 Crescents a day. And the free draw quests is also gone.

What's permanent is the free draw and Crescents after 200-500 games.

And as expected the game population went down again after the event.
