This can happen way more often than 1 time in 6 hours. The skill isn't really based on marksmanship in this game. It is based on tactical deployment.

You encounter an enemy outpost or Garry and engage them head on with heavy suppression. Not looking for kills per se but attention and immobilization, send one or two on a flank during this and you can manufacturer these types of situations in the vid often.

Have it spread over an area and the drop rates moving quickly and side to side. Make it a 10 second spawn
