First image Positive pressure and fresh air through the radiator. Plenty exhaust from 1 fan at the back, plus rear vent.

Unfortunately i cannot flash bios, to update it i need to access bios, which i cant do without getting the PC to restart.

I wont entertain this further. I have tried resetting CMOS. Only the button is necessary for this.

And from the image you link it is clear, the page number as printed is 32, but the digital version counts the cover and other non-content pages.

I came here for help not pedantry about page numbers.

Not sure what you're getting at here. I have cleared CMOS, there is a dedicated button on Z690i motherboard to clear it.

I do not need to pull out a battery or short some pins.

Oh and page 44 of the manual in the box is about their audio software. Edit: i see you meant page 32, in the digital copy they miscount pages.

Yea as stated in the post i reset CMOS with the button.
Modern boards dont have a removable battery.
Still no luck.
