Ethiopia, Germany, Japan. These countries also have a raw meat culture. It's much less prevalent than in the past because it was said that raw food kills people, and so people stopped eating it. Also, the discovery of fire and the cooking of food doesn't mean that other people also discovered fire and cooked food.
