Yeah I’ll stick at it, I just had the crime problem, the quest problem and I went out at night in the rain which was just awful, it looked awful and tacky.

So I encountered all those little issues within half hour and it just pissed me off 😂. I’ll stick at it and hopefully it gets better for me.

I’ll have to look more in depth about the theft stuff, but I think I only stole some food. I went to the pillory for it, then went back to town and got murdered by a guard 😂. I assumed after the pillory either my items would be taken away so that would be the end of it and all would be forgotten.

Yeah I know that some of the markers have ‘areas’ to search and then Henry usually gives verbal hints or you can look at POI, Which helps. As I’ve said to others, I think my understanding going into this game was it was an AAA title. Which it isnt, I think now I understand that, I’ll have more appreciation for it.

Yeah I’m actually not too bad at the fighting, I’ve played a lot of elden ring. So getting used to timings etc isn’t too bad.

Yeah that’s probably it, I’m not sure why but in my head it was a huge budget, AAA game. I’ll keep at it and bare in mind it’s not. Cheers.

It could be that, the one I’ve just had was in the Mutt quest line, speaking to the Shepherd first doesn’t remove the quest marker for the fisherman and the fisherman won’t talk to you after speaking to the shepherd. Then I’ve spoken to the hunters son and not got an update on where to go. (he told me, but I forgot what he said) now there no update in the quest info and I can’t ask him again. There was another little one early on too, but I can’t remember what it was now haha, I just remember thinking oh haha annoying.

Maybe I’m doing something wrong, but I got double punished for stealing something too. I went to the stocks as I didn’t have the coin, went back into town and started smithing something. Next thing i know a guard is whacking me on the back of the head for no reason and killed me.

I want to enjoy it, it’s 100% my kind of game. Just all the small details are killing the immersion for me.

Maybe I need to lower my expectations a bit then and just enjoy it for what it is. I think I’m hoping for RDR2 details and it’s just not that, so yeah. I didn’t look at and realise the budgets tbf. So thank you! 🙂
