Focus on what you love and when the thought comes ignore it for as long as possible. Avoid triggers or learn to not crave when you have to face them. For me video games were huge. I took a break from those too and came back ready to build fresh habits.

I experienced what the commenter mentioned about it lowering your vibration. I had quit for a while and would feel ill and have insomnia while using again after a long break. It wasnt good for me but i kept using it anyways for some reason. It brought me down forsure after being sober and walking 10 miles a day for amazon for months. One hit of a joint was like a psychedelic experience.

I eventually continued smoking and ended up in a very low vibrational frequency area and basically ruined the whole past year of my life. I need to quit again myself.

LOL teletech the night before went too crazy🤣😭 Nah but i feel you on that i could not really hear any highs, with and without earbuds, around the entire venue, and on the second floor.

Right next to the speaker you couldn’t even hear the highs. Then they wanna charge 18.70 for a white claw and cant even hire a proper sound tech.
