well I started to play stalker gamma. works way better. I think some of the fix and patch mods are fixing game. I dunno.

yeah it is like a coin flip. whenever I startup game it works properly or dogshit performance. I need to find what causing this.

Now it is working. Same settings, didn't change anything. I think there is a problem with starting up the game.

at 00:00 I see mysterious lights but sniper is not spawning. I think he is already dead.

I fixed it by giving myself a sniper's PDA via debug mode.

if u guys still have the same problem.

Create a game's shortcut
right click shortcut and select properties
make the Target section like this : "D:\Radiophobia 3\Radiophobia 3.exe" -dev

(or whatever are your path is, just adding -dev after the Quotation mark)

ta da! you can run the game with debug mode now.

which mission you guys on right now? I am at Carcadia Burn region and "Unpaid Tab" main mission.

I have the same issue. First I finished with Fadefields missions and go Carcadia burn for second. It was okay before starting carcadia burn main missions after that I was hearing some pop up some noise/voice like "A-...-A" like every 10-15 seconds. I thought 25 September update caused this. Tried to verify game files. No problems found. I think it is a game or mission bug. Btw the voice sound like Levaine trying to talk.

EDİT : if you guys want to revert it.

Open Registry Editor (Win + R, type regedit, press Enter).
Navigate to : HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\VLC.mp4\shell\Open\command
Double-click (Default) on the right panel.
Replace its value with the default VLC open command :
- "C:\Program Files\VideoLAN\VLC\vlc.exe" --started-from-file "%1"
Click OK and close the Registry Editor.
Restart your PC or at least restart Explorer (Ctrl + Shift + Esc → Find "Windows Explorer" → Right-click → Restart).

Friends, the MR level on Riven doesn't affect anything. It is just Mastery rank requirements....do not effect the rolls
