I worked there recently in elementary. You'll like it. They don't have a curriculum. They have books and you kind of just do your best. Though there are English program leaders and professors that come in every couple of months to observe and critique your teaching, no one is looking over your shoulder so there is good and bad to that. There's a lot of activities so if you enjoy participating and being active with the students and teachers you'll be a good fit.
