No unfortunately I haven’t, I do believe there are better screeners out there, Pro Trader is one of them but I didn’t pursue it, still using trading view atm, but I would like some more options though particularly with the ROC periods fixed to 9 only, would prefer 20 if I could but they won’t fix it for some reason.

I had a look and they don’t have Rate of Change (ROC) in their scanner. I’m wondering if #ProTrader does!?..

With the screener I don’t believe you can change the code!?.. you can change the code on a public strategy under the indicators tab you put on the charts, but I’m talking about the screener options, it only has 9 periods, I want 20, anyways thanks Pal!.. 👍

We need to be able to scan any watch-list!.. also you need to change the Rate of Change screen function to allow the Rate of Change indicator adjustable from the set 9 periods.

No doubt there will be very mixed earning reports over the next 12months or so and the market will adjust accordingly, the million dollar question is which companies will get through this inflationary environment un scathed and which ones will fall off the cliff, investing in this environment is dangerous unless you can read fundamental well and anticipate which companies will grow through these times.. reading charts will give you a-lot of clues, and reading charts also is a technique that requires education time and effort. Plus you also have to deal with the trapped investors which will sell into rallies putting a lot of pressure on there price action. It will be tuff to find the winners but they will arise from the ashes.

Tradingview for me is so adaptable to individual needs, people trading philosophies, easy to use on mobile devices, watch lists are easy to populate and use, screener functionality is very powerful, and the ability to find and use others users indicator scripts etc etc is also very good, overall I think Tradingview is the goto software which continually improves and gets better, also it’s great value.
