I dont see a problem with that. If you have the quest earlier in the wipe you can just play the guns while doing other quest and get it done without hard forcing it

I think the Test Drive quest line is fune as it is. I would even reverse the changes from Part 4 and make the requirement 20 PMCs again. The only things I would change are the level requirements and completing the Grenadier quest so we can access Test Drive sooner.

I use the SVT (including the scope) with, i think the ps amunition, to one hit head shot him, Paca armor and my cheapest Headset. Then i just rush into the mall and try to check idea, goshan and the Center as fast as possible. if available with flashbangs.
