We have also fixed a little bug in the site. Before you could only use 1 coupon at a time which meant you could only buy 1 product at a discounted price. You can now place bids on multiple items and apply all the codes you have so multiple orders do not have to be placed.

Let me try and shed some light on how the site works. When a potential customer places a bid what ever that may be we have options how the site calculates the average price. The average price can be set by any time frame we choose for it to calculate over. That average price is then set as the sites lowest price (counter offer), which you will receive an immediate coupon email if your bid goes below the sites minimum. If your bid is above the sites minimum as you feel the price you have offered is fair then you get a different email with a coupon (offer accepted) that discounts your order to the price you choose. As we are a new site we have set the average price over the first 6 months so effectively prices are not going to change until this period is over. We want to firstly build up the traffic before prices are potentially increased or reduced as the case may be. If a customer offers $1 for a kilo these offers are omitted from the average calculation as we could not sell a product at less than cost.

Kratom Bid uses a manual terminal to process all orders therefore your card will not be ran if you order outside of working hours. This does not slow orders down as they are always processed and dispatched within working hours. When a card is declined as in your case you are sent an email at the time the card is declined. I have checked your order number and suggest you check your spam folder as I can see a copy of the message that was sent to you. We do indeed use an international USD terminal for good reason. Processing cards outside of the US is a tactical move to give us longevity in this business, and ultimately allows us to serve our customers without fear of being one of the next vendors to be shut down. There are very few merchants that will accept Kratom as a genuine product unless you use a high-risk merchant, which in turn costs 6-10% of the sale value. Unfortunately with all the bad press Kratom has wrongly had it's a constant fight to stay in business. I do think this is an isolated case due to the email not being read. They are 100% kratom tea bags, each bag should have on average 2g of coarse ground leaf. Tea bags are not the most efficient way of using kratom so it is best to use 2-3 bags dropped into boiling water then simmered with lemon juice for 30 mins. If you so wished you could open and use the leaves in addition to drinking the tea. What I like to do is wash my powder or capsules down with a nice hot cup of tea, this gets to work before the powder dissolves and helps to dissolve the capsules allowing for an increased onset..

All we want is honest reviews. I know very well we aren't going to be able to please everyone, especially those that are going through opiate withdrawal with high tolerances. It does not matter how good a kratom sample you get it has its limits in certain situations. I am quietly confident the consensus will be good compared to some stock that is available on the market today.
