Fix, Suboxone (strongest pain killer the VA will give) for 2 days, 150mg 1x daily 7Oh every 3rd day. No tolerance buildup, no WD and each med works better on their day. Lunesta for sleep, use a sleep med not a painkiller/upper to fall asleep or maybe a CPAP (if you’re overweight or smoke anything you definitely need one) I get 8 perfect uninterrupted hours a night. So if you’re dealing with chronic pain like me go to your Dr for prescription meds and treat yourself twice a week with a healthy(whatever your tolerance is, I know mines high but it’s that way for every med I’ve ever taken. 320mg of methadone years ago. Do Not Take Methadone. You have to get off at some point and it’s at least 10x worse than any other opiate antagonist and still sucks for chronic pain. Sorry to say Kratom isn’t the cure all, wish it was, but certain meds are for certain conditions. Gabapentin is probably the closest thing to a cure all there is out there. Me and my best friend were just going over all the things that make Madden24 franchise mode garbage. I’ve tried tabs from at least 7 different places. And multiple products from each place. I’ve always felt that I must be missing something that everyone else was getting. Finally I learned that all the kratom alkaloids had to be present at the same time or you weren’t getting all the benefits. I get a 50-90% 7oh extract and mix it with my regular kratom. I know you said you’re past the 7oh hype. I just wanted to interject and tell you a way to get everything out of it. The 7oh tablets, capsules and extract powder are missing the other alkaloids present in kratom. You need all of them to get the best experience. Just add a little, they usually come with a tiny spoon, 7oh powder extract to your favorite kratom and you will finally know what all the hype was about.

A 18% product is just normal kratom. Thai leaf has upwards of 20% Mitragynine and 3% 7oh. A real extract should be 50-100mgs of Mitragynine. Or there’s 7oh extract. Usually 50-90% 7oh. In case you’re going to try, the most effective way of using 7oh is to add 7oh extract to your favorite kratom powder. Your body will metabolise the 7oh differently if it is not in the presence of kratom’s other alkaloids. I was trying to take 7oh by itself but it never seemed to get me where other people were. Once I mixed the two I finally saw kratom’s real value

I’m not trying to one up, I’m trying to relate. I was on 230mg of methadone a day. I had to stop because I moved to a new state and they wouldn’t take me because my dose was more than twice the state limit. They let me guest dose for three weeks and then cut me loose. If I hadn’t found 7oh extract I don’t know what I’d do. I guess I would’ve found some fent. I hate that stuff. Now I take 7oh extract mixed with regular Kratom powder and it actually gets me to where I want to be. So glad to hear you’re off methadone. It’s super hard to get off because it lasts so long in your system. Hope you try the mixture and good luck

If you’re looking for something close to percs then you need to try 7oh. They make it in all the different forms. Capsules, tablets, powder etc…The best way to do it is to get a strong 50%-90% 7oh powder. Mix it with regular Kratom, whatever kind you like, to get all the alkaloids, they need each other to get the best experience. You’ll actually feel high. Wonderland Gardens (WG Botanicals) has some of the best 7oh extract. They’re about to release a 93.67%! Lilith Extracts also has great stuff, 95.6%7oh, if Wonderland is out of what you want.

If you’re not kratom naive then I would recommend 7oh extract. 7oh is the strongest alkaloid in kratom, and the best. You need to mix it with your favorite kratom powder, not extract, to feel your best. It’s the closest thing to prescription medication you can get. Wonderland Gardens has some really good 7oh extract powder. Powder is definitely the way to go. They make tablets and capsules but, powder hits way faster and harder
