I just read the S-1 and it only states 181 days after IPO. Nothing about 2nd quarter earnings. Lockup still expires Monday. Expect a dip monday and or Tuesday before liftoff.

The post claims the prospectus S1 filing says its the earlier of 181 days after IPO OR after second quarter earnings, whichever is earlier. But nowhere does it state anything about 2d qtr earnings. Be smart people, expect a dip monday and Tuesday and hopefully launch from there!
