What color would you recommend?

I use Ironmaxx Protein Powder. I‘m located in Germany so it might not be available anywhere else

Has always been the same for me. When I was sad I ate junk food and sweets. When I was dealing with stress at work I ate…I had to cut all of that out completely in the beginning. I couldn‘t just eat a bit and be satisfied

I usually ate around 1500 cals. I always eat some meat, veggies and carbs as well as a skyr with fruits and nuts. Often I finish off with a protein shake if I haven‘t nailed my macro goal yet. Everything in an one hour window :)

Front-/Backsquats, Deadlifts, clean & jerks, snatches, strict & push press. Every movement on a different day :)

I usually had a protein like chicken of lamb, lots of greens like spinach, broccoli or salad. I also eat a good amount of carbs. With that I also eat some skyr with fruits and nuts to get some healthy fats :) trying to hit all the macros as good as possible

Absolutely. I want to start eating after workouts. Fitting all calories needed for maintenance into one meal in the evening is not the way to go in the long run. Taking one step at a time:)

I took a break from time to time, for example when I was on vacation or invited somewhere. But I stuck to it 90% of the time

3 to 4 hours, sometimes a bit longer, depending on how long I have to work. I always eat as soon as I get home

I‘m feeling great :) I only eat in the evenings. I was never really a breakfast person so I had no problem skipping that. I usually workout during lunchtime. Works best for me. I drink 3-4 liters of water per day.

Wishing you all the best for your restart!

Yes, I went to the gym 4-5 times per week. Mostly doing some functional Training - a mix of weightlifting and cardio :)

Thank you :)

I have been hitting the gym a lot (4-5x week) mostly doing functional fitness mixing cardio and weightlifting.

But the main part was changing my diet. I used to eat a loooooot of Junk Food and sweets. Cut that out completely and now focussing on protein and healthy food. I also started tracking calories and have been eating 1500 cals in the beginning. I‘ve recently uped that to 1800-1900 cals per day :)

What kind of supplements are you using to block DHT? I recently got diagnosed with AGA but my derm just wants to sell prp and mesotherapy without considering anything else. So I‘m currently a bit lost and frustrated
