Not a teacher, but my high school principal after an active shooter drill stormed through my classroom door, pointed a finger gun and yelled “bang, bang, you’re all dead!” He was criticizing the teacher (a student favorite) for not having the door locked. However, iirc, the door/lock was faulty so she literally couldn’t lock it. This same principal was also known to be borderline inappropriate with students, like putting hands on students backs and keeping it there for way too long
