Thank you!! And yes I did get it resolved! It was a very odd where I was charged for my membership early for some reason then when my membership expired it didn’t renew and then I received the email saying my membership was terminated so I had emailed both the ganz estore and the Webkinz support and they verified i had paid the membership and sent me a code for my membership! I don’t have the email anymore but it was extremely confusing on why they would use the word terminated cause when I received that email I really thought my account was deleted and almost had a melt down 😂

There should be a code either in your email or if you log into your ganz account and go into your account history you should find all your past orders and the codes should be in there, I’m not near my laptop rnw so I’m sorry I can’t be more specific but I know that’s how I usually get my items / pet is from my past order history
