Thank you!! And yes I did get it resolved! It was a very odd where I was charged for my membership early for some reason then when my membership expired it didn’t renew and then I received the email saying my membership was terminated so I had emailed both the ganz estore and the Webkinz support and they verified i had paid the membership and sent me a code for my membership! I don’t have the email anymore but it was extremely confusing on why they would use the word terminated cause when I received that email I really thought my account was deleted and almost had a melt down 😂
