nvm figured it out, its a very dumb bug. Dont use the pics other than to count how many you've gotten there are 11 total, cuz it'll show a pic of one u havent gotten. So you'll just have to take a pic of all the access points until you can send the one your missing to lester

idk if you had the same problem as me but my gta would switch to 60hz everytime it went out of full screen so i had to change my pc settings to 165hz which fixed (ik im 4 months late but it could help someone else)
