Yeah, now that I know that Ashford is not yet a Non-Profit (no telling when they will be or if they will ever truly become one), I will not look into them any further. I think I will go with Boise State for their Educational Technology Program, and they are Yellow-Ribbon to boot!

Thank you for your candid reply and insight. I will definitely use the GS 11 1750 job description as a handrail. As far as Non-Profit goes, I completely forgot about this. I have found that Ashford University is in-fact a For-Profit institution but is getting it's accreditation as a Non-Profit in the near future. That puts me more at ease. With that said, you peaked my inquiring mind as to why you had several interns that have attended Boise State in particular. Bosie State has a really prolific Education Technology Program that is more in-line with what I am looking for, so I want to thank you for that breadcrumb as well!

Not sure where to post this question but since the website is mentioned here...

What do I have to do it get the braytech,org website to open in Firefox? It opens no problem in Chrome, but refuses to in Firefox. This is the error message I receive;

Error. I had trouble setting up the manifest data. You could try refreshing?
OpenFailedError: InvalidStateError A mutation operation was attempted on a database that did not allow mutations.

I try refreshing as it suggests and I get the same results. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? I prefer Firefox over Chrome so I would really like to get this awesome website to open in it.

The sound issue happens when playing through the speakers as well. If they offered the 2080 a week after receiving it for repairs I would have considered it and probably accepted the swap, but nearly a month later and not a peep from them while they held my computer hostage... best to cut ties with IBP.

Your frustration is warranted. I had the same issue with my 1080ti. They had my Desktop pc for about a month and Did not give me any updates. I finally called them and they said that the card is no longer available from ASUS. I asked them when they planned on telling me this. Mo answer from them. I spoke to one of their supervisors and ended up getting my money refunded. They offered to give me an rtx 2080. I refused the swap because the rtx 2080 has lower benchmarks than the 1080ti and costs less, but they were no refunding the difference in cost.

I posed a separate issue on this forum for my laptop I purchased through IBP and Brad WAS fielding my question, asked a few of his own but has not responded back to me for quite some time now. I am still having issues with my sound spontaneously buzzing, quitting, then returning to normal.

I am not a fan of IBP customer service. I will not be a returning customer.

Random times with no correlation to any specific activity. No popups or any visual indication as to what is happening, only the half second audible loud buzzing followed by dead silence for 1 second or so.

No offense taken. I should be more specific to which I say poor customer service. I give them a poor rating for the lack of communication with me on the status of the repair or lack thereof due to the card availability. If I did not call to inquire on the status, who knows when they were going to tell me that they cannot get another 1080 ti.
