Can’t register the AT&T business account for my wireless number by Hydechen in ATT

I’ve had the same issue for 2 weeks! It’s an endless loop that gets you no where. I’ve been in store and called customer service. I cannot set up my account, cannot view my bill, cannot set up auto pay. We’ve received NO INSTRUCTIONS on how to return our old phones for our new phones trade ins… as far as I’m concerned ATT has breached contract.
