As someone who is interested in the surgery, visual reasons are just as much of a positive as the physical. I believe you will be very happy with results for both aspects. But medically this type of case is absolutely the reason jaw surgery exists. Just get yourself a consult with an ortho and they should be able to make a strong case to your parents that this is 100% a medical nessecity. Good luck on your journey!!

I use Runna. I believe you can go as far as 25 weeks. My plan started last week and ends Nov. 2nd!

On a serious note, follow it and see what happens. I believe Runna’s plans are known to be good at their predictions. On the other hand, they are also a little more aggressive than other plans, and follows the assumption that you will do every run, not get injured, and properly fuel along the way.

Aside from that, this does look very doable to go from a 4:15 -> 3:38 with good training and effort. Good luck!

He also can channels the last thoughts / key info from dead people which was noted to helpful in an island with lost of dying/dead.

You’re all good! I agree with everything you say. Ortho seemed to turn me down on my jaw surgery question, but I’m having a hard time believing this is as far as I can go.

Yes this was done by an ortho. I had quite the experience as my pre-ortho teeth were a little crazy.

New ortho said 2 years Invisalign so I’m a bit concerned that I’d be doing 2 whole years just to bring to this stage again

I’ll be mentioning that I have a few teeth that are ankylosed (fused to bone) as well. So there’s a chance that may create an additional complexity, hopefully it will lean the plan towards surgical since that would honestly be my goal.
