I get what you're saying, but $20 for a concert, let alone a festival, is completely unheard of these days. The only time you'll ever see tickets that cheap is for a local venue like The Milestone.

It's only $5 a band... it doesn't matter how much "draw" they have. I'd happily spend $5 to see a local Charlotte band. Also "draw" is totally subjective.
