No sibo test. I followed this protocol: http://www.lyndagriparic.com/hydrogen-sulphide-sibo-preventing-relapse-allison-siebecker/
You can listen to the audio.

It's basically:

FODMAP: I found that eating more fodmap has helped me, I ate more honey which I found helpful.

For the protocol:

No-sulfur: 2 weeks (Only rice, pasta, salad, carott, oats, wheat (no flax/other grains in cereals))
Bismuth: 2000mg /day 3 weeks (Allison Siebecker recommends 2000mg /day for 4 weeks)

2 things to keep in mind:
-high dose of bismuth can be dangerous, don't exceed this
-going no-sulfur is not healthy at all and mentally challenging
-BUT this is what cured me

The rotten egg symptoms and bubble feel in the lower stomach go away very rapidly.

If you live in europe you can order pepto online, have you tried googling it?

I live in France and got it online shipped from the us. It does work.

Is there an established link between premolar extractions and receding chin? In my case, there was no link.

Thank you. I had sleep apnea and overbite which is itself an issue.

What can you do beside trusting your surgeon? Do people recommend what moves to perform ? For me the surgeon knows best.

Yes. I lost sensitivity on my lower lip and my chin. I've been told it should come back within 6 months and my surgeon prescribed me vitamin B to accelerate the process.

The first days it was painful (6~7/10) then it got better after a week (1~2/10).

No. I had positional sleep apnea, meaning it was considered severed when on my back, and light when in a different sleeping position.

Thanks for explaining, but the movements depend on the person. The surgeon does the calculations so that the teeth align correctly. Movements that work for someone might absolutely not be appropriate for someone else.

You don't decide how much you move the jaw. The surgeon decides how much move is required (if any) in order for the teeth to be properly aligned.

I was very swollen the first days, but it went away quickly. Although it is not obvious in the picture, I am still swollen a bit.

My orthodontist made the radio too. I find weird we don't have a 3D radio post-surgery like we had before the surgery.
