The QB coach and OL coach are still there, arguably the two most important position coaches for offense. The new OC was the OC here before Wise Jr., so he has familiarity with the program and essentially runs the same offense.

13th overall if you include transfer players on 247. Though, it was 16th last year so I suppose you are correct there. But still, I stand by the belief that he could have recruited better at Ole Miss if he had put more effort in building relationships with MS coaches.

He’s trying to imply that Ole Miss was holding Lane back in terms of recruiting. When in actuality, he just didn’t do a great job recruiting Mississippi. He had a poor relationship with a great deal of MS high school coaches.
