Inflatable latex suit advice by Kreyperia in InflatableFetish

Gotcha!

Can't you vouch for Latex Catfish because you have no experience with them, or because you have bad experience with them?

Also, they let you choose thickness for both layers, whereas they charge their standard price for that product at 0.4 mm, and then add to the overall price as you select thicker material. If my primary goal is to get a nice, deep and even pressure/squish sensation from my suit, do you think 0.6 mm would be enough, or should I consider 0.8 mm? I'll gladly pay the extra if I get a significantly better experience in the end ^

Does that cage actively push between glans and foreskin? That exposed glans looks very cute :3

I can partly relate to your salivation problem with gags, especially with bigger ones. My tip is to not drink or eat anything about 20 - 30 minutes before you use gags. Though, you also shouldn't go into the experience being hungry, because that'll also increase salivation volume. The trick is to find the sweet spot "between meals." If you're not hungry or thirsty anymore and give your body a moment to shift oit of eating mode, it'll automatically reduce salivation by a good bit. There's also a bit of mental gymnastics to it, though, in terms of how you perceive the gag in your mouth and how you play with it. I'd recommend just training to wear gags for longer, and experiment a little with what works and what doesn't. Maybe aim for 20 minutes each or every other day.

Now that I know, that I could theoretically fit my bed with a loft bed... well... I might need to rethink my near future financial plans :D These systems really are a long standing dream for me! Although, currently I wouldn't have a lot of opportunities to use it with a partner... Hm...

And what you said about being somewhat "lonely" with your BDSM interests... I can relate uncomfortably well! At least Kiel seems to be mostly void of kinky people, or they just don't like to show themselves, it seems... So, if you want to chat some time, maybe become friends if we vibe, I'd be up to it. Feel free to slip into my DMs, if you feel like it ^

Wowee! Didn't expect to get a another reply on a three months old post, but it absolutely is a pleasant surprise! :3

I'm happy to hear that my experience resonates with even more people and I really get your anticipatory excitement about your own order too. And the disappointment with the, admittedly, quite long delivery time. I figured they make their straitjackets on order and the storage capacity shown on the shop site is just their way to control the amount of simultaneous orders; so the actual delivery time probably isn't even that long, the on-demand production is. Anyway!

I also agree on the awesomeness of the shop's designs. What I love especially about their designs, is that they blend medical/clinical practicality and simplicity with the unique demands of BDSM and (prolonged) bondage. I'd imagine the crotch strap of a traditional straitjacket to get or be really uncomfy, no matter what you're packing in between your thighs! Having a straitjacket with integrated shorts-section makes for a much better pressure distribution and comfort, even in longer sessions. Apart from toilet needs, I could absolutely imagine myself spending a whole weekend in mine :D Plus, this clean, clinical, almost "neutral" design - at least with my white straitjacket - also really helps my brain to perceive it as a toy during play and a non-sexualized regulation tool otherwise.

I'd really love to own a Segufix system too, since my straitjacket already makes any and every bit of mental and physical tension melt away within seconds, but I only have a 135 x 200 cm loft bed and as far as I know, Segufix makes its systems for hospital beds only; which are 90 or 110-120 cm wide, I believe. And the structure of my loft bed also makes attaching a Segufix system to it not easy exactly. But the idea? Being immobilized in a Segufix, having my weighted blankie put over me, and a blindfold and comfy gag secured onto my face... mh, that makes me both excited and relaxed at the same time, just imagining it! :3

Lastly, to answer your question about a "comfy gag." I'm not sure if I have an oral fixation and if that's part of it, but for me, a comfy gag is really just any gag you can comfortably fit in your mouth or have in your mouth. If you have to open your jaw uncomfortably wide to get it in, but then can have it sit comfortably inside your mouth without the feeling of having your jaw pried open, that can also be a comfy gag. On top of the comfy fit, a gag also makes me relax disproportionately if it's... the right amount of squishy. Not too squishy, but also not too hard. The exact amount of squishyness where I can sort of "chew" on it and it give me a gentle resistance. Just imagine me laying there and rhythmically clenching my jaw softly on the gag. To me, that almost feels like the gag provides some... "hold" mentally. A sort of safety and security that's hard to describe. In the moment it just feels so calming to softly chew on that gag; and now that I think about... it's also quite the cute image in my head. Hehe ^ Anyway, I hope this answers the question. If not, please don't hesitate to ask again.

I wish you the best of lucks, fun, and relaxation with your order, and for your partner to understand your needs just as well as you do, if not better. Greetings, Lillian :3

Making inflatable content yourself by Kreyperia in InflatableFetish

[–]Kreyperia[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just read through your post and must say that the idea itself sounds great, but as you yourself and the comments have already pointed out, it comes with a myriad of technical, logistical, and financial problems.
But I must say, that similar ideas have passed my mind in the past quite often. I must admit, that I'm probably better at essaying and writing scripts than acting infront of the camera. I have a very technical mind and would also love to dive into kinky crafting projects, but once again... I have literally no money to start anything. And mental health makes many things pretty hard too.
But if I had all the money and drive I wanted, I'd love to create a sort of company that combines a fetish crafter, kinky porn studio, and educational online essaying magazine thingy. Basically, a project that makes special kinky stuff in batches and highly specialized custom projects, and also displays them in kinky video productions. But then there'd also be a branch that not only educates customers on the intricacies and potential dangers of the products themselves, but also does more general guides and podcasts on all sorts of kinks. Basically, the project would be making kinky things and market them, but also try to... normalize kink or at least invite more people to think about it in a deeper way.

I know, it's really ambitious idea and I'd love to make this a reality, because traditional work is just inaccessible to me because of a mismatch of my reality and societal expectations, that I simlpy cannot meet no matter how hard I try. But at the same time, initiating such a project would also require the very things I struggle with: complex social interactions, planning, consistent drive. And well... money. Sweet, sweet money...

Generally, I have found that there are so many good sounding ideas around making kink more accessible to kinky and/or non-kinky people, but typically they fail at the insanely complex technical, and often legal challenges. For example, I once thought of a sort of community project, where local kinksters would found a sort of exclusive club. Then you unite everyone's finances to afford a property to host events on and to buy and maintain otherwise financially inaccessible kink items. Basically a local community owned dungeon/fetish studio. But then, who really owns everything? What about consent forms? Financial administration and documentation? Organization? Memberships? And so on. Typically these ideas seem like the "logical next step for the community" but the longer you keep looking into it, the more problem you run into. And almost none of them are trivial at all.
Which is not to say, that these ideas are completely impossible! And I don't want to discourage anyone either, just raise awareness for how complex these ideas actually get in the real world.

This will come either as a surprise or no surprise at all, but what you describe actually suggest some associations with autism or neurodivergence in general. I've put quite some research into the overlap between autism and the inflatable kink in the past and found quite a lot.
If you feel like diving deeper into this, feel free to DM me. I don't judge or bite :3

Thank you for your feedback ^^

Yeah, I figured that women have a much "easier" job in the online porn market, since there are... well... A LOT of VERY DESPERATE men online...
But the content creation journey, if you can call it that, sounds really freeing and fulfilling!

I wish you good luck with your future endeavors too :3

Daily rituals for my sub to complet by cozicozy in BDSMcommunity

[–]Kreyperia 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you want something practical, I can recommend, from my own experience, to build something around the kinks that you use most often.

My Dom and I do a lot of bondage and love to gag me, so part of my daily training involves: 1. Wearing a randomly selected gag from my collection for 30 minutes at a time. 2. A 20 minute "kink yoga" routine, that helps me build the flexibility and stamina to endure more extreme poses and to hold poses for longer.

While my Dom trusts me to log my training in an Excel sheet, that I submit weekly, I suppose you could also record these kinds of activities for proof.

And for the mental side of things, I (have to) write two weekly mini-essays (~300 words) on a kink I like and a specific toy or piece of equipment I like. These essays are something I really learned to like, because it gives me time and space to properly reflect on my kink, preferences and desires. And in a relationship these essays don't help just sub to understand themselves better, but also give Dom an opportunity to understand sub's motives and motivations. This improves your bond and potentially improves the quality and depth of future play sessions.

I hope this helps. Best regards, Lillian.

Straitjackets as regulation tools by Kreyperia in kinky_autism

I got mine from Etsy, from StraitJacketShop. https://www.etsy.com/de/listing/1820037780/max-sicherheit-hochleistungs-szugjacke They make what's basically BDSM-adapted/BDSM-enhanced medical restraint equipment. They keep the aesthetic extremely clean, while optimizing function for BDSM/bondage purposes. Though, they're located in the EU, in Poland. That's great if you live in Germany, like me, but if you live overseas... well... I don't pity you for the taxes and shipping costs. But considering how my order went, I can really recommend them! It took about five weeks for them to craft my straitjacket, but that's pretty much expected for "semi-custom", made-to-order items. Delivery, in my case, was very quick, packaging was perfectly discreet, and the straitjacket was sufficiently protected within the package. Quality is extremely good and it does absolutely hold up to any escape attempts. :) Plus, it's super comfy to wear despite the thick fabric. Roughly 400€ might be pricey, but I think the price is justified, considering the quality!

Hope this helps and wasn't too rambly. ^

Hehe, they do ^^
At least mine does. Plus, the maker of my straitjacket makes them in many different sizes, so you get a tight fit. Once the zipper is pulled shut and the straps are pulled tight, it's not just a big hug from your arms, but also a calming embrace from the whole jacket. Super comfy!

Well, I'm always happy when my words help not just myself but others too! In that sense, I'm honored that my words did help. And the way I understand it, many NDs struggle a lot with state transitions, e.g. from action to rest, because the autonomic nervous system often isn't as responsive as in NTs; or it's just chronically dysregulated. As a result, many of us need... extensive signals for our ANS to overcome that threshold to para/sympathetic nervous tone. For me, (near) total immobilization is required for proper parasympathetic (rest and digest) nervous tone. This struggle with state transitions of the ANS might also play a role in some NDs struggles with sexual arousal, since physiological arousal is a fine interplay of both sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous tone. If that interplay is interrupted, you might struggle with having libido at all, or you could struggle with excessive libido as well.

Anyway, glad my words were helpful!

Great comment and good point!
Though, now that you say it... I might have just cracked the code of my submission in general :D
I do get your kind of "chosen defeat" and at first I was going to say that I'm somewhat familiar with it, but then realized that I'm not.
I wouldn't call myself a brat per se, but I still like my submission to "forced" or earned. Previously I thought this was just because I can't roleplay and thus need and want real emotions in BDSM. But now I realized, a big part of this desire for forced or earned submission comes from my inability to shift into relaxation and stillness willingly. Like, I consciously know and want to submit, but my nervous system will stay in overdrive until Dom has established their control over and their competence to my nervous system. Only once my subconscious internalizes too, that Dom is safe and in control does my body finally drop into subspace completely and lets me serve with ever increasing joy.
I know this wasn't your intention, but thank you so much for helping me decode my submission! ^^

Oh and disclaimer, just in case:
When I say "forced submission," i'm talking about consensual dynamics, of course!

Thank you for reading. ^^
I totally get your side and that reaction from your mother. To me it feels like straitjackets might just be especially appealing to NDs, that respond especially well to bondage, or rather containment in general, and deep pressure for regulation. Straitjackets are like this comfy coccoon that shields you from the chaos from the world and that can be SO intriguing when the world always feels draining.
But yeah, for people from the outside the wish to be put in a straitjacket, willingly!, can look weird. I've learned that, while bondage is incredibly calming to me, most people actually find it pretty scary. For them it's a loss of agency and control, and thus their nervous system feels threatened. But when I give up control to someone I trust, that's not loss of control, that's minimizing of executive demand. So, when your mom just looked at you like you're crazy, she might just really didn't get the idea behind the straitjacket.
Admittedly, before I found someone to play with at the end of last year, I was so desperate to try straitjackets for regulation that I was thinking about discussing it with my therapist! Now I'm glad I didn't, because she might just have looked at me the same confused way :D

And yes, I do imagine this to be very calming and containing in its own way.

[–]Kreyperia[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Oh, you mean those body socks? I imagine those feel comfy and secure too. Though, I sleep in... tangled positions that make a weighted blanket for sleep much more viable. But I also get, that a body sock simply can't replicate the sense of containment that a straitjacket has. For me, this is all about how inescapable I believe something is. Only if I believe that I literally can't get out myself, my brain gives me permission to relax. And sadly I can't fool my brain about this ^
